The Religion in the Public Sphere at the University of Toronto, in conjunction with the Religion & Diversity Project, is holding a forum and community research workshop entitled "Care of Souls and the Soul of Care: Religious Diversity and Publicly Funded Health Care". The forum and workshop will bring together scholars, policy makers, and health care professionals in a two-day conversation about the importance of religion and religious diversity for the health care system in Canada, in particular, with comparative attention to other nation-states, such as the U.S. and the U.K.
